Tall Cabinet

This is a cabinet I built while attending the 9 month comprehensive course at the Center for Furniture Craftsmanship. It’s made of cherry with a bit of maple in the drawer.

The construction is pretty standard frame and panel with a traditional web frame for the drawer inside the cabinet. It’s all solid wood with the cabinet constructed from a single board and the top from a smaller more figured board.

It’s finished with an oil/varnish mixture.
