I am a graphic designer by day. This WAS my workshop until a few years back. An illness, the Writers’ Guild strike and subsequent money woes forced me to sell everything. The Arizona heat and my bad knees didn’t help. I used this shop to build integrated desk/library/entertainment centers for both my sons, an entertainment center and home theater for the family, and many assorted smaller home projects. I promised when things got better, and I lost at least 50lbs, I would start over. I’ve lost 37 so far! Hope you enjoy! I did!

North wall of my garage workshop. The A/C unit on the wall hardly made a dent when it was 110 outside! Did sanding and small assembly here. Stored drills, routers, jigsaw and other hand tools, as well as hardware and finishes below.
The East wall. My cyclone dust collector, drill, miter saw and sanding equipment and air tools. Larger tools like my planer, mortiser and belt/disc sander are stored below.
Looking South you can see my Table saw, Band Saw and Jointer. I covered the garage door and sliding panels with insulation from the rest of the garage. You can see my air filter hanging from the ceiling. My router table doubles as part of the outfeed from my table saw.
My handplanes! Some from ebay and rehabbed, others new. I miss these!
My favorite project, and aside from a few hand tools and the built-ins along the walls, the only thing left from my workshop.
Very sorry to hear about you loosing everything. Hope you get twice the shop back filled with twice the fun when the time comes, congrats on the weight loss as well.

Nice Shop setup, Gary. I too am in the AZ desert, but a bit farther south. Only 13 pounds left to go!
