Train Table

A train table made for my Grandson’s second birthday. It is made of cherry, finished with a Sher-Wood wiping stain, and a wipe on poly. The rails are joined together with through dovetail joints. The legs are mitered to eliminate showing end grain and a full spline is added for strength. The drawers (one at each end) utilize blind dovetails for their construction.
