This Cross is 11 ¾ x 8 inch. The wood is carved away to leave the Cross stand in relief over the bark.

This carving is 8 ¼ x 6 ½ In this Plaque the Birdseye Maple is removed leaving the letters and hearts in relief. two stains were applied to achieve the coloring.

This box was made from solid Bubinga with a lid made from Cocobolo it is the woods natural color no stain was applied.

This box was made from solid paduck the red color is natural no stain was applied only oil.

The color and grain of the padauk are beautiful. I have a bunch stashed...time to start making sawdust out of it I guess, you inspired me! Really nice.
