Small porch rockers

Ash rocking chairs with a dye stain. I used tightbond 3 for it's water proof qualities.
One day last summer my brother inlaw showed up with a very old broken rocking chair that looked like it was outside for 20 years. He asked me to make two of them. Since i always like a challenge i said ok. It took the whole winter of an hour here and an hour there until i finaly finished it. It was a great learning experience and challenge.

The seats on the antique where nailed in place and cracked so on these chairs i used construction adhesive to secure the seat.
