I thought this was awesome work but wanted to know what it said. This appears to be Slovak, and a rough translation is:
Lilium Drevorezba flower. The stem is cut banknote from Acer and is in one piece. Each flower is cut out of one piece poplar. Finally flowers inserted on the stem. Drevorezba is without coating. Clean wood.
