Sideboard in English Cherry
The sideboard comprises a solid cherry top, sides, legs, base and drawer fronts. The doors are cherry veneered flexi-ply and the back panel and drawer sides are made from English Ash. I used soft close runners for the drawers (these were a pain – I’d like to avoid in future if possible!)

Nice work. I'm currently using the Accuride soft close runners for an oak sideboard. Any tips or things to avoid? I'm about 1/16 off on my drawer width (too wide each side). Is this going to be a big deal?
Thanks rockdog. I used Blum runners and I found they didn't allow much room for error. If your drawer sides are too far apart relative to the width of your opening you might try using narrow strips of veneer as shims though I don't know how that would impact on the front fixing clip (I dispensed with these and screwed the runners into the drawer base).
Generally my experience was that if anything it is better to make the drawer a tad to small because it is easy to place shims between the runners and the sides of the cabinet.
