Curly box
Just a box that I made as a Christmas present for someone. Twas a lot of fun. The tray does not come out due to the angle in the sides of the box, however it slides all too well on the polished bloodwood runners.

Wow! That is beautiful. What did you line the tray and bottom with?
suede leather. I glues it on with contact cement from a bottle with a brush. I tried the spray but it was a disaster.

I just posted a maple box, too. Wish I could find some maple like you did. I sure chose a great way to highlight the curly quality of the wood. Love it!
