A few years ago, I remodeled a large home and saved the 120 yr old, 1/4 sawn oak flooring that was installed with square nails and used it to build this vanity and mirror frame.
The case is made of clear, prefinished 3/4 maple plywood wrapped in recycled white oak. Even though it’s one open cabinet inside, I made it look like 2 cabinets with 8 legs.

The mirror frame is also from the same recycled wood.

Antique Oak Vanity
I tried to create the feeling of more space by using a pocket door in the center.
The door has art glass in the shape of a tree.
There is an antique stained glass window in the transom above
There are small 4.5" wide dovetailed, maple drawers on either side of the sink that pull out together with the drawer front. Much better than a flip down drawer front.
