Cherry-Walnut Stash Box – Created from reclaimed Cherry and walnut. Asian style box with legs and tapered sides. Lift-off lid is rabbeted to sit down into box approx. 1/8 inch. Bottom is dadoed in and lined with black velvet. Approx. 5.5 inches square. Finished with hand rubbed clear poly. See more at www.johnschutz.com

John, Nice job on the box and the finish looks slick. Just finishing up on a series of 12 lift lid boxes out of a variety of woods. Hope my finish looks this good.

Very nice design. Love the tapering, and the repeat of the top handle that looks like the legs. Nice job.
