Craig’s Workshop
Hi, this is basically the eventual workshop plan. I jave the table saw and outfeed table placed just as you enter the shop so as to mill the lumber first and then proceed to the project or to the back of the shop to store lumber. Router table is on the side of the table saw, because thats just how I roll.. 😉 On the left side of the shop, you’ll find a long table to host my miter saw and bench top drill press. The thickness planer is just right of this out in the open floor as it requires some room for infeed and outfeed. The assembly table/workbench is towards the back of the shop, and a cabnet with all of my finishes and glues is located just behind this. There is a garbage can, 14inch bandsaw and a lathe to the right. Going down the right wall we have a 6 inch jointer, and a bench to host my laptop/grinder, and benchtop mortiser. Just forward of this is a floor standing drill press, and in the corner is the dust collecter, and compressor. Just as you enter the shop through the mandoor, there is shelving with copies of my fine woodworking magazines and various other books/plans. I hope you enjoy this shop plan. It certainly works for me!
