Silver Chest
This silver chest is my first case-piece and my first real attempt at furniture making. It enabled me to design, join, carve, inlay, cut dovetails, and finish (shellac). I guess getting laid-off is not such a bad thing after all… Bubinga drawer fronts, mahogany case, quilted maple oval inlay.

That is amazing, especially being your first case-piece! You are one talented person. Hope to see more of your pieces in
the future.
Very nice ... apparently the Lord opened another door when he closed another! I'm starting a writing desk for my grand daughter with the same period in mind, so I viewed your with interesting details in mind. Any progress photos and/or guidance you might want to offer?
Astonishingly nice piece ! Way to go.
Bubinga is such great stuff. You really show cased it by using it as drawer fronts.
Contrast without going over the top. I wouldn't change a thing.
I too will look for more of your work.
