Tiny Dutch workshop
Here’s a few pictures of my tiny workshop in the Netherlands. I use it for general purposes and to make small furniture items. It’s the small part of our shed which is mainly used as a garden and bike storage. In my shop there’s a couple of FW-projects that I made (suited to my needs). I altered the “getting started workbench” and made a smaller version of Jan Zoltowski’s tool cabinet. As you can see I’ve got lots of room to spare for additional handtools.
In the powertools dept. it’s obvious that I’m quite fond of Festool (it’s an addiction). When I’m not using my circular saw (Festool CS70) I store it under the Woodratters router jig that is mounted on the wall.

Very interesting. I think I'm more of a table saw guy and don't think I could do without it. I'd be interested in your comments on a Festool only shop.
I've always wanted to build a tool cabinet, but never felt my portfolio of tools was stable enough. Now that I do most of my work in the field, I've assembled a "Pareto" tool kit in a tote that could probably populate that cabinet very well.
Mooi!
Sweet. Like an oversized tool box. The "porch" is makes me want a beer at the end of the day.
Thank you for your comments.
@kerfwerks That's exactly what's it's being used for :-)
@byhammerandhand I agree with you, I said 'circular saw' when it should've been 'table saw' because that's what it is. Although I would love a festool-only shop, I don't think it's possible. You'll always need your chisels and planes, there's just no substitute in my opinion.
Looks more like a first class vacation cabin. If I could afford a collection of Festools I'd build them a house like this. Thanks.
