A hall table veneered with macassar ebony and french polished. There is a central drawer made from ripple sycamore for the sides, base and back and Cameroon ebony ( jet black) for the front. Unfortunately, this is the only picture I have.  48″ x 36″ x 12″ This was a lovely project to do for clients who were friends of mine ( and still are I hasten to add). They were to be married and had bought the house of their dreams in London, but needed that special piece. Place for the table and size and form all chosen smoothly and then after a few months, delivered. Her parents paid for it, which was even nicer, and who subsequently commissioned me to make a hall table for them ( which appears in an earlier posting). This is the way it should be, happy customers who pass on your name and don’t just keep it in the family.
