Brass end caps for round wood chair legs

I need brass end caps for round chair legs. The caps that I need are about 1.5 inches high, slightly tapered; about 3/4 inch outside diameter at the bottom, and about 15/16 inch outside diameter at the top.

Any help would be appreciated.
