Table Saw Router Extension-Wing
After seeing the new workshop solutions I had to build this onto my General tablesaw.
I had to make some minor adjustments to the design as my wing was not as large as the stopsaw. I also had to mount the table directly to the rails instead of being able to adjust it up or down. Lastly I moved the dust collection into the fence due to the smaller wing size.
For the router plate I used the rockler plate with my Porter Cable 891 router.

Hey Whiteicon.... nice construction. I'm considering doing the same to my cabinet saw. Did you consider removing one of the cast iron wings? I've got a 36" fence instead of the 52" and that's what I was thinking about...
I thought about it, but am glad I didn't. I am running into a problem with weight and will now have to add some legs to the router table side to stop it from leveraging the table saw over.
I also added the dust collection to the top of the fence and have had really good luck with it.
