Credenza (The Conversion)
This Credenza, called “The Conversion” was my final project in my Joinery / furniture building and design aprenticeship program last year.
It’s made from African Mahogany, Quilted Hemlock, Black Walnut (carcass), with accent pieces of Ebony, Tulipwood, Wendge, Eastern Maple and Spanish Cedar.

And again, a very unique piece of workmanship. Excellent!
Eccentric and fun. The waves across the front and the bubbles on the drawer side are wonderful and whimiscal. The feet, as if taken from some old animal seem not quite a match to what they are holding up. Than said, I am in awe of skill in making it and the courage to put it together all the elements in one piece.

What a great design. Everything flows very well from the drawer fronts, grain of the wood, the type of used for the credenza, and the execution of the handles. The inlays on the side and inside of the draws and on top of the credenza is something that I have never seen before, however, I thoroughly enjoyed those visual touches. Great job!!!!
Great inspiration - Good luck in your career building fine furniture - just beautiful
