180 hours labor of love, poplar with a carved front… alignment blocks helped match top and bottom… staggered dove tails were a little tricky… sliding storage tray has a false bottom for special objects, with “lock in position” top holders… the top art work was computer generated, transfered, wood burned in with a hand-made copper chisel point, than colored… the finish was Minwax Helmsman spar urethanne clear semi-gloss spray…total cost $125…

I've been looking for some plans or pictures also to build a toy box for my grandson. Ive already bought some wood and now just need some inspiration. Thanks for posting your pictures.
