Cherry Box with Maple Leaf Inlay

This is the first of three boxes made as Christmas presents. The box will hold two bottles of wine and measures 13.5″ long by 8.5″ high and 5.5 inches high. It is made from cherry with a little bit of walnut bordering the top and for the inlayed maple leaf. It is finished with walnut oil and beeswax.
