   Thanks, the rim is Walnut to protect the edge grain of the box, and add detail. thanks for looking.

   Nice design. I've worked on a portable tool box design so I can easily carry a small assortment of tools to the "jobsite", whether its upstairs, or across town. Your design looks good - simple, not too elegant. Overall nice design concept. Good job.

   I'll see if I can figure out how to post a picture of the box I made.
