Hall Table

Hi all. This hall table is made from recycled Kumagong and Narra. The Kumagong is like Ebony and is very hard as well as very unstable. The legs are laminated with the center being Narra and the outside Kumagong. The finish is Lacquer with 3 coats of beeswax. The dimensions are 1800Lx900Hx400D.

Absolutely gorgeous! I'm not familiar with Kumagong. What has is been used for, and where do you find it to recycle it?

Hi Rory. Both these timbers are native to the Philippines. They have some beautiful woods, but they are now very scarce.
