Tiger Maple Butler’s Table

I copied a Bartley (Cherry) Butlers Table that I had made 30 years ago from a kit. I found some great fiddleback maple at my favorite hardwood supplier. I was able to get the brass hinges online at 1/2 the price of Rockler or Woodcraft. I used Transtint Anilene dye, then seal a cell then 6 coats of general finsihes oil/poly with synth steel wool between coats, 0000 steel wool the Finishing Wax
