Curved Walnut Vanity
Not just thinking outside the box, we are redesigning it. Bent Designs in Saskatoon Sk. Canada.
This complicated piece is made of walnut solids and veneers stained with aniline water stains red then dark walnut then laquered in satin.
I used 3 ply’s of 1/4″ “wiggle board” rubber plywood, and bent with a vacuum press system from http://www.vacupress.com. for the doors and drawerfronts.
The crown molding was sliced then pressed as well. The bottom center drawer has a watse basket and compartments for curling irons, blowdryer etc. The 2 norrow drawers have towel racks that pull out (Lee Valley).
All drawers are made from 5/8″ Baltic Birch, Blum tandom soft close slides and the bottoms are lined with simulated vinyl leather for a more soft feel and easier to wipe clean.
Not much more I can say, any questions are welcome.
Thanks for looking.

Very beautiful design and craftsmanship.
I feel like I know you guys. Keep up the excellent work.
Thank you very Much Fat418.
By looking at your profile and your post's I see why, the feeling is mutual. Love that Bar!
Nice! I like those curved cabinets.wouldnt be easy to get the prefab radius then veneers on top instead of 3 plys?
Not quite sure what you mean, but anything easier and I wouldn't do it. I am a builder I determine the radius and make it. 3 ply's help ensure minimal spring back in tight curves.
Thanks anyways.
