Adirondack chair – folding
My first chair. A winter project made from a Lee Valley plan. The trickiest part, as the plan says, is to get the seat support for the removable back aligned and fitted correctly. My Ridgid oscillating belt + spindle sander was a big help in smoothing the curved parts. Finished with Sikkens Cetol 1 Natural stain. This was a fun project, and is a comfortable chair. I will probably build a few more.
