Carved Armoire

Woodworker: Miles Karpilow
Karpilow’s carved armoire serves a dual purpose for his client. Carved on both sides, it serves as a room divider and storage unit. The carvings and design styles were dictated by the Tuscan feel of the columns it sits between, and the by open floor plan of the house. The armoire is made from maple and ebony. The piece is finished with a water-based polyurethane.
