Woodworker: Paul Schürch
Marquetry and inlay are the feature elements of this bed inspired by nature. The main woods used for the piece are cherry, Chilean laurel, and walnut. Various other woods and stones are used for the accent work. Schürch’s bed is finished with tung oil and conversion varnish.
