Chest-on-Chest
Woodworker: Gerald Mayberry
Mayberry has been building period furniture since visiting Williamsburg, Virginia, in the 1960s. Based on the chest-on-chest drawn by Carlyle Lynch in Fine Woodworking #81, Mayberry’s tiger-maple version features several modifications to the original design: a more complex crown molding, fewer top drawers, and larger ogee feet.
