Circular Outdoor Bench of Mahogany

Woodworker: Hayami ArakawaThis mahogany outdoor bench (14 ft. dia. by 28 in. tall) was designed to encourage clear, open, intellectual conversation, and will be placed on the MIT campus. All the joinery was done with Festool’s Domino joiner, and the finish is Watco’s Exterior Danish Oil.
