Woodworker: David Fry
The interior of Fry’s cupboard uses box-elder for a striking contrast. But Fry advises judicious use of this wood because it can be overpowering. It must also be kept away from light as the color will fade. Its red hues are present wherever there has been distress, and the color is usually found in older trees.
