Woodworker: Charles Rennie Mackintosh
Made in 1911 for the Ingram Street tea rooms in Glasgow, these chairs now seem at home in this contemporary setting. Mackintosh’s work is defined by his fluid artistry and geometric design. He is known today for his “high-back” chairs.
