Woodworker: Tom McFadden

Tom McFadden’s dining table has a laminated ash base and a top featuring veneer McFadden sawed himself from an orchard-grown, grafted walnut tree. The lighter-colored half is English walnut, while the darker half is black-walnut rootstock.
