Woodworker: Joseph Clark
This display cabinet is constructed out of kwila, cypress, narra, European pear and secondary woods of Baltic birch and Italian bending plywoods. The lower case is kwila veneer outside (with the doors laminated on forms) and cypress veneer inside, while the upper case is solid narra. The center front and side windows were carved from a multilayered cross-bonded piece of European pear. The finish is shellac and wax.
