Woodworker: Marc Langhammer
Langhammer describes this entertaiment center as a freestanding built-in. He designed the frame-and-panel doors in the center of the cabinet to lie flat on the adjacent doors, making them disappear visually when open. The walnut used came from a single tree, allowing him to bookmatch all the doors that make up the four sides of the case. The hinges are nearly invisible, minimizing distracting elements.
