Federal-style Secretary
Woodworker: John Gush
Gush’s secretary is a reproduction in the Federal style of a piece originally made by John and Thomas Seymour. Gush deviates from the original with inlaid bell-flower swags in the tambour doors. The doors open revealing a series of large pigeonhole openings. The writing ledge is fully hinged and supported by pull-outs located on either side of the top drawer.
