Greene-and-Greene-inspired Desk
Woodworker: William Laberge
This writing desk was inspired by one built by the Greene brothers for the Robert R. Blacker House in Pasadena, California. It is made of cherry, with walnut and ebony accents, and is. When not in use, the writing surface can be folded up and locked. Laberge carved the pulls, corbels, and legs. The finish is hand-rubbed oil.
