Harvest Dining Table

Woodworker: Mac Campbell
Built to complement a set of Windsor chairs, this harvest table has large drawers that penetrate the side aprons, providing ample storage. Drawers, however, weaken a table, so Campbell added a strongback that became the backbone of the frame. The table is made from curly maple and finished with acid-catalyzed lacquer.
