Japanese-style Tea Table

This tea table has its roots in Japanese design. The walnut table sits just 17 in. high to accommodate floor-seated tea drinkers. Sliding dovetails and butterfliy keys are used to give the table its strength. It is finished with an oil/varnish mixture.
