Woodworker: Emily Palm
Emily Palm, owner of Blue Heron Woodworks in Petoskey, Michigan, uses fabrics in conjunction with wooden dividers to line this hardwood box. Lining a box with fabric protects the items inside and greatly enhances the overall look of the piece. Palm recommends choosing the fabric with the same care used to select the wood for the box.
