“Lochgelly Planes”
Woodworker: George Anderson
Anderson made these hand planes from old English castings he came across a few years ago. He also used Brazilian rosewood and named them after the small Scottish town of his birth. “Most of my teachers used to drum into us at school that ‘nothing ever came out of Lochgelly’ I just wanted to prove them wrong!” he wrote in an email.
