Woodworker: Doug Kenney

Doug Kenny, a vintage train builder, made this model version of an 1863 Thatcher Perkins locomotive. The piece is made with walnut, satinwood, jarrah, ash, mahogany, birch, and rosewood. The locomotive is finished with three coats of satin varnish. Photo: Sandor Nagyszalanczy
