Woodworker: Anders Whealdon
A collaboration between designer Ejler Hjorth-Westh and woodworker Anders Whealdon resulted in this handsome chair. Whealdon searched for a wood that would complement the design’s elegant lines but also provide the piece with stability. He selected madrone, a richly colored wood with exceptional strength. A green upholstered seat adds eye-pleasing contrast.
