Maple and Walnut Side Table

Wright crafted this small maple and walnut table out of necessity. The 15-year-old’s bedroom was recently remodeled but it was missing a place where he could set down his Coke. Since he was short on funds to buy one ready-made, he decided to make one. He used bent laminated the legs and figured-maple veneer for the shimmering top. The finish is tung oil.
