Marquetry Bedside Tables

Bonnant relied on the rule of thirds to come up with the dimensions and patterns of these mirror-image, mostly maple bedside tables. She resawed all the maple carcase veneer as well as the bubinga, zebrano, and yellowheart veneers for the marquetry and inlay. The finish is Minwax wipe-on polyurethane, and the tables are 12-¾ in. deep by 12-¾ in. wide by 28-¼ in. tall. From Fine Woodworking #204
