Rosewood, Brass, and Steel Shoulder Plane
Woodworker: Keith TurnerAfter Turner used his first infill planes while taking a course in England with David Charlesworth, there was no turning back. Upon returning home, he studied their construction and built his own. This shoulder plane is made of rosewood, brass, and steel. The rosewood is finished with shellac. From Fine Woodworking #202
