Woodworker: Kenneth Zack
Chris Becksvoort’s article on Shaker Wall Clocks (FWW #157) inspired Kenneth Zack to build not one but four clocks, for himself and each of his three children. Zack enlarged the original plans to fit movements from Black Forest Imports and personalized his clocks with custom dials listing his name and town. Fine Woodworking also guided him to a finish. He picked three coats of Minwax Wipe-On Poly after reading an article by Chris A. Minick (FWW #178).
