Silverware Box

Woodworker: Abijah Reed

This simple box is crafted from walnut. The interior is made with a scrap piece of firm foam rubber that Reed covered with cotton flannel. The vaulted top, which suggests a treasure chest, breaks up the boxy design. The finish is linseed oil.
