Tool Chest
Woodworker: Carl Dorsch
When Dorsch needed a new tool chest, he looked at it as a good way to practice cutting dovetails. The chest uses through dovetails, half-blind dovetails, and tapered sliding dovetails. All of the cuts were made by hand. The upper shelves were built to show off his collection of antique planes. The drawers graduate in size to hold a variety of tools.
