Green and green style napkin holder
Here is an idea for a Christmas gift,a Green and Green style napkin holder. I used Tiger maple and brown and black ebony this is what I had on hand. The inspiration behide this is made up of different articals from Fine woodworking magazine. It was a fun and easy project and also a gift for my mother in law. I am aready getting request for more.

Hello, Can you tell me if the sides are angled out, or if it's just the pictures that look like it? I have been pondering on what to make MY in-laws for Christmas, and I think this is the PERFECT project! Since you are getting requests for more, maybe you have a sketch or something of the plans? I really would just like to know the angle of the sides, and if they are angled, how you figured the angle of the "pins" and "tails"?
I am new to woodworking (2 years), but I think I can make these look great (like you did)!
No the sides are not angled in but that would be a nice look. I did a sketch up drawing but it's not a detailed sketch. It's a very simple project and the pics should get you there. BTW if you decide to build it napkins come in many different sizes so do your research on that first.
