Krenov cabinet

I have always wanted to build a Krenov Cabinet and the chance came to build a new display cabinet. It is made of curly maple which was tricky to work with.
I followed the article in FWW #208. Except mine is a hanging cabinet and it was about half the hight. I am very pleased with it considering it is my first attempt. It was also my first attempt at hinges and doors. So I am pleased. It is finished with boiled linseed oil to get the grain to pop and then shellac and wax.
