Ancient Greek Style Wine Pourer
Ancient Greek oenochoe style wine pourer.
Made from a limb trimmed from an American Elm tree in 1970. Height 13 1/2 by 5 3/4 inches wide. Vessel holds 28 fluid ounces.Twenty-four flutes cut with the Flute Master tool. Holly and ebony inlay.
Inside is finished with pure tung oil to be water and alcohol resistant and food safe. Outside finished with tung oil finish.
Handle is hand-carved from Honduras Mahogany, with taxidermy snake eyes.
